Field trip to Project Coral Vivo

At Projeto Coral Vivo, we believe that education is not confined to classrooms; it extends into the natural world. Our monthly educational tours, carefully designed to promote local socio-environmental knowledge, are a testament to this belief.

Nestled in the heart of Aldeia Velha – Arraial d´Ajuda, our young learners embarked on a journey that took them closer to nature’s embrace. It’s amidst the lush greens and serene landscapes that indigenous cultures have woven their memories, shared their experiences, and crafted their timeless stories.

Our enthusiastic group, consisting of children aged 6 to 8, embarked on these enlightening expeditions alongside Projeto Coral Vivo and our dedicated educator, Patrick. These outings provided them with invaluable experiences, shaping their understanding of the world around them.

For these young minds, contact with nature is more than just a recreational activity. It’s a gateway to a healthier lifestyle, encouraging physical activity and, most importantly, nurturing their emotional well-being. Through these adventures, we instill in them a profound respect for all living beings in nature.

As we continue to bridge the gap between education and the environment, Projeto Coral Vivo remains committed to enriching the lives of these young explorers. We understand that by fostering a deep connection with the natural world, we are sowing the seeds of a more conscious and harmonious future.
